Your Guide To 2020 NYE Events

14 Dec 2020

Get excited, we have (almost) officially made it to the end of 2020, and if there is one thing worth celebrating, it is that. Luckily for us, there are MANY local venues that know how to throw a party sure to shake off the last 12 months. In style, of course.

Which is quite obviously, exactly what we need. In honour of that, here is our ultimate guide for some unforgettable parties to choose from this New Year’s Eve to ensure 2021 gets exactly the high vibe welcome it deserves.

The brand new, and extremely sophisticated JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa will be hosting a night to remember in three of their venues on New Year’s Eve.

Undoubtedly one of the most beautiful banquets on the Coast, Citrique is offering a night of interactive dining with live cooking stations, a four-hour premium beverage package including Moet Champagne, and live entertainment. Adults are $375pp, teens are $199pp, children 5 to 12 are $150pp, and children 3 and 4 are $50pp. To book, call +61 7 5592 9800.

The stunning Japanese restaurant has several banquet options on offer, all served with Miso Soup, Misono Salad, hibachi vegetables, prawn appetizers, hibachi chicken rice, and a special dessert. Packages start at $180pp and include an array of extra dishes dependent on the package you choose. There’s a vegetarian option too. A two-hour beverage package is included in the price of each. Yum. To book, call +61 7 5592 9800.

Inspired by the playful, youthful language of the streets of Harajuku, Misono presents a laneway of experiences, transitioning from an intimate Izakaya and live Sushi bar, to a sophisticated Whisky Bar with an outdoor terrace and spirited Teppan dining experience.
