Adam spent several years in London with the Royal Bank of Scotland plc in the role of Group Treasury Financial Controller and worked with KPMG in the US on the audit of a number of US clients. Adam has direct experience with privately owned companies with multi-national operations, ASX listed companies, managed investment schemes and not-for-profit entities. Adam’s secondment to KPMG USA saw him gain valuable experience in a number of industries.
He holds a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Accountancy from Queensland University of Technology and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. For a period of three years Adam joined the Royal Bank of Scotland plc in London, where he gained significant experience in the financial services sector. Adam returned to KPMG in 2005 and has specialised in provision of audit and advisory services to the private and public sectors.
Adam is on the Board of the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation, and on The Southport School Council, where he Chairs the Finance Committee. He is also the treasurer and Chair of Judges for the Gold Coast Business Excellence Awards.
