This year’s premiere artwork Alcazar, which means Spanish palace or fortress, comes all the way from Sydney design studio Atelier Sisu which celebrates the spectacle of art-chitecture. With the illuminating light of Alcazar as a backdrop, HOTA is excited to introduce Lux De La Luna - a five-course, fire-cooked feast celebrating all things Spanish and Colourful. With a menu crafted by Executive Chef Cayan Hartill-Law of HOTA’s Palette restaurant, which was recently awarded two Chef’s Hats from the Australian Good Food Guide, guests will be treated to a vibrant smorgasbord of flavours using locally sourced ingredients and produce. Menu highlights include South Australian octopus with black romesco, spent fruit fed Burrawong Gaian duck served with family style with duck fat roasted potato, grilled carrots, radicchio and orange salad and of course an Acro Iris macaron tower with tropical fruit flavours that are sure to tantalise your sweet-tooth.
