    Moonlight Night Market

    The northern Gold Coast’s newest night market is here, and it is all about serving up good food and even better times. Dreamworld is playing host to the Moonlight Night Market every Friday and Saturday evening from 5:00-9:00 pm. Entry is just $2 for adults and free for children, granting you access to an array of delicious bites and drinks. Get ready to take your pick from Asian, American, Mexican and Mediterranean eats. You can sip your way through frozen cocktails, homemade iced tea, craft brews and ice cream floats, and treat yourself to dessert in the form of loaded waffles, sundaes, mega milkshakes and more! Whether you’re heading for after-work drinks or taking the kids out for dinner, there’s something for everyone to enjoy eating, drinking, and listening to at Moonlight Night Market. Entry is payable via EFTPOS at the gate and free for Dreamworld Pass Holders.

    Cocktail Flight at The Island Rooftop

    The after-work cocktail flight pop-up that has taken Brisbane by storm is arriving on the Gold Coast, only at the Island Rooftop. Take a Friday night deep dive into the world of sublime cocktails at the Cocktail Flight Club pop-up. Sample the punchy, fruity, spicy, bitter and exotic fusions presented by their very own Rooftop mixologists. The format of Cocktail Flight Club is simple! Take a seat at one of the preset tables and let our mixologist come to you. Each pop-up we will explore a new and playful range of cocktails. Come up with a group name between your friends and we’ll seat you at your own table. Tickets $20 – Get a 50ml sample of all three featured Cocktails plus a full cocktail of your favourite. The 'trio of dips with wood fired bread' and 'charcuterie board' are also available to purchase at the Eventbrite checkout.     Cooly Classic Ocean Swim

    Join swimmers from all over Australia for the Gold Coast’s premier ocean swim. The Cooly Classic is a rare opportunity to swim a course with some of Australia’s most revered surf breaks as your backdrop – Snapper Rocks, Coolangatta and Kirra. There are four distances, from 1km to 5km, but it’s always the 2.0km Cooly Classic from Snapper Rocks to Kirra Beach which attracts the masses. Your Start line, Snapper Rocks, is one of the world’s most famous surf breaks. Then, your course is a straight line to Kirra Beach, passing Rainbow Bay, Greenmount and Coolangatta Beaches as you swim. Regardless of which distance you choose, you’re guaranteed to experience the crystal clear waters of the Southern Gold Coast in autumn. Distances: 1.0km, 2.0km, 3.0km, 5.0km

    Red Hot Summer

    The Red Hot Summer Tour is hitting the Broadwater Parklands in Southport in April 2023, bringing a slew of Australia’s favourite acts for the ultimate music festival. Headlining is the gravy-maker himself, Paul Kelly, who is sharing the stage with the likes of Bernard Fanning, Missy Higgins, Mark Seymour, Ian Moss and Vika & Linda. The Red Hot Summer Tour starts in mid-January in Victoria, playing a string of shows before hitting the Gold Coast for its second-last feature on Saturday April 22. If you’re keen to soak up that post-summer sunshine and sing along to some of Australia’s most beloved acts, then we recommend nabbing a ticket ASAP. The presale starts on Tuesday August 30, with general tickets on sale from Thursday September 1.
