    Gold Coast 5s Beach Rugby Spring Festival

    Beach Rugby Australia is presenting a spectacular, fast-paced and exciting game based on modified rules of Rugby Union, Rugby League and Touch Football. It’s the game you know, but not as you know it! Men and women play with “five” players a side with up to five substitute players per team, each half takes just five minutes and everything you have. The beach arena of play is 30 metres in length and 25 metres in width. Straightforward and easy-to-understand this contact sport is a huge hit for spectators and players alike. Taking off around the world in places like Rio, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, France and even England, now it Australia's turn to continue in the global network - now in our 4th year and where better place to host Australia’s annual Beach 5s Rugby tournament than on Kirra Beach - beautiful Gold Coast, known for its spectacular beaches, picture-perfect natural surrounds and some of the best visitor experiences in the world.

    Moonlight Night Market

    The northern Gold Coast’s newest night market is here, and it is all about serving up good food and even better times. Dreamworld is playing host to the Moonlight Night Market every Friday and Saturday evening from 5:00-9:00 pm. Entry is just $2 for adults and free for children, granting you access to an array of delicious bites and drinks. Get ready to take your pick from Asian, American, Mexican and Mediterranean eats. You can sip your way through frozen cocktails, homemade iced tea, craft brews and ice cream floats, and treat yourself to dessert in the form of loaded waffles, sundaes, mega milkshakes and more! Whether you’re heading for after-work drinks or taking the kids out for dinner, there’s something for everyone to enjoy eating, drinking, and listening to at Moonlight Night Market.
