Swim in the sheltered waters of Tallebudgera Creek and the Currumbin Rock Pools and test your balance kite-surfing or kayaking. Follow the creek inland to explore Cougal Cascades Waterfalls in the ancient Springbrook National Park or throw a fishing line in the Currumbin Creek Estuary.
Treat the kids at the rainforest sanctuary, with 27 hectares of interactive wildlife displays including resident crocodiles, kangaroos, koalas and marsupials just to name a few. Stroll the annual Swell Sculpture Festival in September held on the Gold Coast Oceanway and climb nearby Elephant Rock.
