AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE THE PLAYMONEY PROMO CODE?To be eligible, you must be 18+, a resident of the Gold Coast and are wanting to use a PLAYMONEY promo code for the first time (one code per person).

WHAT DEFINES THE GOLD COAST LOCATION?Anyone who is a resident of the Gold Coast will have a Gold Coast registered residential address which will be asked for upon booking and utilizing the PLAYMONEY promo code. Gold Coast Postcode list: 4207 – 4230 + 4270, 4272, 4275.

WHEN CAN I START BOOKING WITH MY PLAYMONEY CODE?The promo code PLAYMONEY will be active from launch on 9am Friday, 9 October 2020.

HOW MANY BOOKINGS CAN I MAKE?One promo code is valid per person, and only one promo code can be used for any booking.

CAN I USE THE CODE FOR AN EXISTING BOOKING?No. The promo code can only be applied to new bookings only from 9am Friday 9th October until the allocation of promo codes has been exhausted.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROMOTION BE LIVE?There are limited numbers of promo codes available for use, so the promotion will continue until allocation are exhausted. Think of it like a bar tab - we've locked and loaded 10,000 promo codes for use and once they run out, that's it!

IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND TO REDEEM PER BOOKING?No minimum spend applies. The promo code allows for 50% off any booking, up to the value of $50. So if you book an experience that costs you more than $100, the maximum discount you'll receive is still $50.

THE EXPERIENCE I WANT TO DO COSTS LESS THAN $50, CAN I STILL REDEEM PER BOOKING?If you use the promo code, you'll receive 50% off (up to $50). So if the experience you want to book costs $20, simply enter the promo code and it will bring the cost down to $10.

CAN I BOOK AN EXPERIENCE FOR NEXT YEAR?Unfortunately not. All experiences must be redeemed between launch, 9am Friday 9 October and 9am Thursday 31 December 2020 to be eligible to receive the discount.
