2. Skydiving

Surrounded by the tranquillity of nature, this unique and intimate backdrop makes for a very romantic spot. Hike 2.2km through a subtropical rainforest to reach the top of the falls. Planning this for sunset earns bonus points, as the views are truly spectacular.  

8. Lady Elliot Island 

Located at the southern tip of the Great Barrier Reef and only a scenic 2-hour flight from the Gold Coast, Lady Elliot Island is a marine lover’s dream. Go for the day or stay overnight and experience snorkelling, diving, reef walking, kayaking and touring on the glass bottom boat tour.
