Queensland State Cup Touch Football Carnival
The Queensland State Cup is the premier affiliate touch football competition in Queensland. The event is held in November on the Gold Coast and provides the platform for senior touch football players to compete to the named the champion affiliate in their age division. The event is open to affiliate teams across Queensland and Australia and allows international teams to also attend and experience the Gold Coast.

Basketball Australia - Australian School Championships
The ASC’s is the pinnacle event for school basketball in Australia that sees Secondary Schools from around Australia travel and compete in a weeklong event. In recent years the ASC’s have become so well regarded that they have on many occasions included teams from neighbouring countries participating in the event. The ASC’s offers both 3×3 and 5v5 formats of the sport. The 3×3 format is a participation competition where all schools can enter teams and is typically hosted on the same day as the opening ceremony. The 5v5 format consist of 2 competitions; Championship Competition & Participation Division.

Queensland All Nations Touch Football Carnival
The Queensland All Nations Tournament allows participants to represent their heritage and their nation at a fun, social and non-affiliated touch football tournament that celebrates our many and diverse cultures that make up Australia. South Queensland & Border Districts Touch Association in conjunction with Queensland Touch Football delivers an event that allows participants to experience multiple cultures through food, dance and connection. Cultural identity is a focal point of the event with all teams representing their community under their traditional nation, with uniforms adorned with symbols of their nation, supported by a cultural performance on the Saturday afternoon. This provides an opportunity for members of the community to come together, play some touch football and learn about their local culture and foster relationships and understanding between other cultures.

Festival of Touch
The Festival of Touch is a 10 day celebration of all things Touch Football. The event aims to invigorate, inspire and connect the touch football community in Queensland. The 10-day Festival, to be held 22 November – 1 December 2024, encompasses two flagship touch football events on the Queensland Touch Football (QTF) calendar, including the Queensland State Cup and Queensland All Nations, which are held on consecutive weekends on the Gold Coast. The weeklong festival includes professional development opportunities for administrators through the Queensland Affiliate Conference (27 November), a Sports Performance Conference (25 Nov) for both the touch and sports enthusiast, the Queensland Touch Football Awards Night (25 Nov) and a South East Queensland Schools Gala Day (28 Nov ) to engage and excite local schools in touch football. If that is not enough, based on the picturesque Gold Coast, Touchies can take the opportunity to enjoy a holiday shared with family and friends.

With a course that combines closed roads and some of the best running trails the Gold Coast has to offer, this multi-distance event has a challenge for everyone, including 30km, 15km, 7.5km and Kids Dash events! The 30km event provides the ideal stepping stone distance between Half-Marathon and Marathon. Women Only Adventure Race QLD
The Women Only Adventure Race is far more than creating an unforgettable event experience shared among girlfriends; it’s about women making time for themselves, and putting first their health and fitness. The journey to the event is the most precious part for a lot of participants: regularly getting together as a team to train, learn new skills, and support one another to push their boundaries. Women Only Adventure Racing event strengthens bonds and relationships, bringing family, friends, and work colleagues together for a weekend of genuine fun. The Women Only Adventure Race is an event where teams of two women travel together in a team, they must navigate around a secret course by foot, mountain bike, and kayak. The stable sit-on double kayaks are provided for all teams and all levels of fitness and experience are welcome. Running/walking five kilometres. Cycling (mountain biking) 10 kilometres. Kayaking/ SUP 2 kilometres. On race day, the participating teams will receive all maps and descriptions.
