FRIDAY

Early Morning: Arrive In Style
Both Melbourne and Sydney have plenty of flight options that get you to Gold Coast Airport (OOL) early in the day so you can pack more in.

Before you arrive, book a stretch limo (Limoso) from the airport to the head-turning luxury hotel, The Langham Gold Coast

Morning: Check In To The Langham
The Langham Gold Coast early and check in. If your room is ready, head on up and refresh. Otherwise drop your gear off at reception, grab a coffee and breakfast from the hotel’s 26 & Sunny café on a beautiful beachside terrace.

Mid-Morning: Jet Ski OR Fliteboard. Your pick.
Jet ski: Make your way up to Mariner's Cove, which is about a 15-minute drive from The Langham. From here Jet Ski Safaris will kit you up for the 1.5-hour Jet Ski tour which will bring you to the world heritage-listed South Stradbroke Island

Fliteboard: Book a private lesson where you’ll learn to ride an electric hydrofoil board, which uses a wing underneath the water’s surface to generate lift while you control the battery-powered motor with a Bluetooth hand controller. "Thrilling" doesn’t even begin to describe the feeling of flying over the water!

Lunch: Social Eating House + Bar
Catch an easy 20-minute ride from Mariner’s Cove to Broadbeach for a fine dining lunch at Social Eating House + Bar

Afternoon: SkyPoint Climb
Pop back by the hotel and take a break before heading out for your next adventure. Arrive at Q1 Building ready for the SkyPoint Climb’s twilight session, which starts at 5 PM.

Pre-Dinner Drinks: Stingray Lounge
Head on over to QT Gold Coast where the buzzing Stingray Lounge is typically packed with locals all through the weekend.

Dinner: Yamagen
Recently awarded a prestigious Chef’s Hat from Australian Good Food Guide, Yamagen, serves up delectable modern Japanese food, paired with some top-shelf Japanese whiskey to help cap a busy day.

Evening: The Loose Moose OR Call It A Day. Your pick.
Head on back to The Langham and get some shut-eye for Saturday – you'll need it. Alternatively, catch a short tram ride to Broadbeach for a nightcap at The Loose Moose. With around 26 beers on tap and 160 whiskies sourced from around the world, just remember that you’ve got a very early start tomorrow.

SATURDAY

Breakfast: Elk Espresso
Fill up on some good quality breakfast. A short walk from The Langham is local favourite Elk Espresso, which has plenty of reliable day-starters.

Morning: Coldie On The Goldie OR Wonder Reef. Your pick.
Coldie on the Goldie Brewery tour: Kick your feet up in the air-conditioned bus, be taken around three of Gold Coast’s finest breweries as well as a craft beer bar for lunch. Be sure to stay well-hydrated while you’re tasting some of Queensland’s finest brews during this 6 hour tour.

Wonder Reef: Located just two clicks from the shore, and a 15-minute drive from The Langham, this ambitious diving destination is a multi-million dollar artificial reef that needs to be seen to be believed. Note, all participants need to be certified divers.

Dinner: Rick Shores
Widely regarded as one of Gold Coast’s culinary essentials, Rick Shores offers the finest ocean views (and the best bug rolls) on Australia’s east coast.

Evening: Wrap The Night At Burleigh Pavilion
Burleigh Pavilion is right next door to Rick Shores. Considered one of the trendiest spots on the Gold Coast, this is the best way to toast an epic weekend.

SUNDAY

Breakfast: Lot 1 Coffee
Take a short stroll to find one of the best cafes in Surfers Paradise, Lot 1 Coffee. You’ll be departing the hotel soon after so it’s worth asking if late check-out is available.

Morning: Check Out From The Langham
Check out and leave your bags at reception before you head off on the final stretch.

Afternoon: Wind Down At Cali Beach Club
Catch a ride to the trendy Cali Beach Club and wind down before flying home. Those private cabanas should serve you and your mates just fine.

Evening: Back To Reality
Congratulations, you’ve just spent a weekend traversing surf, sky and city to really experience some of Gold Coast’s greatest hits.
