DAY ONE
AM: Arrive and check into The IslandFly into the Gold Coast airport and book a 40-minute transfer bus to Surfers Paradise and check into boutique hotel The Island Gold Coast.
MIDDAY: Soak and sip
Once you've settled in, Head to Soak Bathhouse - a ten-minute drive away. Their soak and sip package includes access to the mineral baths, hot spas, wood sauna, steam room and relaxation areas and a glass of bubbles. For lunch, walk ten minutes to Hideaway Kitchen and Bar for Asian street food (open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays).
PM: Dance the evening away at Cali Beach Club
Following a morning of pampering, Cali Beach Club, a five-minute walk from the hotel, is an ideal place to lounge in an open-air cabana with cocktails and poolside eats. Or, book a burlesque and cabaret show at high-end entertainment venue Pink Flamingo.
For dinner, enjoy ocean views at Surfers Paradise's COAST Beach and Bar. Boasting an impressive wine cellar, they provide share plates, fresh seafood and dry-aged steak.
DAY TWO
AM: Cruise on a catamaranFollowing a buffet breakfast from The Island's Goldies restaurant, slip on your swimwear and prepare for a sail through the calm waters of Gold Coast’s Broadwater. Hire a private charter from Sailing in Paradise enjoy the early hours together on a luxury catamaran.
MIDDAY: Shopping spree
At Pacific Fair, Gold Coast's premium shopping destination, browse the luxury stores or hire a personal stylist for the group (coming in at $370 for up to six people). For lunch, the North Room (open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays), serves up small share plates showcasing seasonal ingredients.
PM: Spend the evening under the stars
Top off a fun-filled day at The Island Rooftop, straight upstairs from your suite. With live entertainment playing, the dinner menu is designed to be shared and includes charcuterie and wood oven pizzas.
DAY THREE
AM and MIDDAY: Embark on a winery tour
The hinterland awaits. Grab breakfast at the QT Bazaar Buffet Breakfast, then explore the surrounding hills on a full day Tamborine Mountain winery tour with Kiff & Culture. Experience three of the mountain's finest wineries and sample a selection of Tamborine Mountain Distillery's artisanal spirits and liqueurs. The tour stops by Mason Wines for a two-course lunch, whilst Witches Falls provides a cheeseboard to share.
PM: Enjoy a fine dining affair
For the final evening visit the modern Mexican restaurant Bonita Bonita, a short drive from the hotel. The a la carte dining menu is stacked with small plates, quesadillas and tacos with an extensive tequila cocktails list to match. Or celebrate with the banquet - which includes seven delicious courses to share.
