Summary

Husk Farm Distillery is Australia’s only single estate paddock to bottle rum distillery and the home of Ink Gin.

Set on 150 acres on the banks of the Tweed River in North Tumbulgum, Northern NSW, enjoy views across the valley to Wollumbin and the border ranges.

The Tweed Valley is nestled within the eroded core of an ancient shield volcano, known as the 'Green Caldera' and with an abundance of rich red volcanic soil, the region is home to a growing agri-tourism industry.

20 minutes from the Gold Coast Airport and 40 minutes from Byron Bay, Husk Distillery is perfectly positioned for day trippers.

Visit the cellar door for a cocktail and lunch, purchase limited release products or join a distillery tour (bookings recommended).

The behind-the-scenes distillery tour runs for 45 minutes and includes a Welcome Drink on arrival, a guided 6 spirit tasting Learn the process of making Husk Rum and Ink Gin from paddock to bottle.
