The Paddock is the Scenic Rim's casual fine dining destination restaurant set on the grounds of luxury lodge Hazelwood Estate.
Overseen by Executive Chef Simon Furley, the chef-hatted restaurant delivers unpretentious, wholesome fare that celebrates the quality of the local produce. An exquisite à la carte menu featuring heavenly produce, refined techniques and a considered use of native ingredients is offered for lunch and dinner for both in-house guests and day visitors. A rustic farmer's platter breakfast assortment is also available exclusively for in-house guests.
Chef Furley's menu is ever-changing as the seasons come and go and ideas ebb and flow, creating a unique, memorable experience with every visit.
