From sound bowl healing and guided bush walks to water workouts and yoga, Eden Health Retreat has a little something for everyone.

The accommodation is luxurious, with individual cabins nestled into the hillside with private balconies providing views over the Currumbin Valley. The cabins contain either a queen-size or king-size bed and can sleep two people. Some cabins contain a private sitting area and fireplace. All boast a luxurious bathroom and space for guests to relax, journal and enjoy the peace and quiet.

Guests can choose between three, four, seven, eleven or fourteen-night stays. All meals, activities, educational talks, accommodation, and some spa credits are included. Guests may choose to relax by the heated swimming pool, spa or opt for a treatment from the extensive spa menu.
