New Year's Eve Fireworks

New Year’s Eve on the Gold Coast means fireworks! On December 31st, the night sky lights up with incredible free fireworks displays across the city. There are usually two displays in each location - one earlier in the evening so kids can join in the fun and experience the wonder of such a spectacle, and another at midnight to see the New Year in with a bang. Bring a picnic dinner, spread out a rug and set up on the foreshore of one of these locations for a brilliant family friendly New Year’s celebration. 

Kurrawa Park, Broadbeach - 8pm and midnight.

Coolangatta Beach - 9pm and midnight.

Coomera Sports Park - 8pm with food trucks and entertainment from 5pm.

Paradise Point Parklands - 9pm with entertainment from 5pm.

Robina Town Centre Promenade - 10pm with entertainment from 6pm

Surfers Paradise Foreshore - 8pm and midnight.

 

On Top of the World

Join in a spectacular NYE celebration 230 metres above sea level at SkyPoint. Located on Level 77 of the Q1 building, this elevated venue offers premium views of all the fireworks displays along the coastline and the sparkling city below. With decadent food, a four-hour drinks package, a live four piece band and door prizes, this will be a night to remember.

 

Lucky New Year

Begin the new year with a touch of luck at one of Broadbeach’s best brewhouses, The Lucky Squire. Since it’s named after Australia’s first brewer, James Squire, you can bet the drinks will be flowing and the crowd will be having a ball. Live entertainment and delicious canapes are included as part of your New Year’s Eve package.

Island Vibes

There’s a number of different celebrations happening at The Island’s glittering New Year’s Eve multi-level party, but whichever you choose, it’s going to be a good time. Select your preferred playground for the evening - Poolside deck, rooftop Bar or the Island Penthouse for full VIP experience to see in the new year. Dance the night away in the heart of Surfers Paradise and bring in 2024 at one of the swishest venues in town. With impressive views across the city, you’ll be sure to catch the fireworks lighting up the sky. Open until sunup on New Year’s Day.

Cali Beach Club Dreaming

Not just one but two parties are planned for NYE at the dreamy Cali Beach Club. Have fun in the sun, splashing in pools and sipping on drinks all day from 12pm at Cali Day Club, or party the night away at Cali After Dark from 7pm until the wee hours. Enjoy these two epic events from one of two restaurants or your private VIP poolside area, daybed, booth or cabana. Expect entertainment from roving performances and Cali’s best resident DJ’s and an unforgettable night in this rooftop oasis with the glittering Gold Coast skyline as a beautiful backdrop.

Burleigh Pavilion

Burleigh Pavilion has the perfect way to spend your New Year’s Eve - partying it  up in their open air venue with incredible views the free fireworks across the coast. And the dancefloor will be lit with UK DJ and Producer, Riton, headlining the Pav’s party to bring in the new year. The Grammy-award winning artist will  spinning his dance hits at midnight for the crowd and the venue is open until 2am.General Admission ticket holders will receive entry to the event and free food from the Pavilion all night.

All Aboard YOT Club

All aboard for a dazzling New Year’s night out at YOT Club - the incredible superyacht event venue. Glitter up and get ready to groove into the 2024  for a Disco Fever themed party - this floating extravaganza will be an extraordinary night of colour, dance and celebration, with a backdrop of Broadwater and Surfers Paradise views. With the best vantage point to see the  fireworks, a 5-hour gourmet canapes and drinks package, special guest DJs and high vibes, this is a New Year’s party that will really float your boat! 


Enter the New Year in 70s Style

Get dressed up for this 70’s themed New Year's Eve celebration at Den Devine. Styled like a New York musical hall, the atmosphere in here will be popping off with a live blues band, decadent dining and beverage packages (you should see the menu!) and a very fun vibe. Choose from two options - get in for the early session from 3 - 7pm or commit to countdown at midnight!

Cruise Into 2024

Get the best views of the Broadwater fireworks displays on a New Year’s cruise aboard Spirit of Gold Coast. Set sail for the new year on this 24 metre catamaran with 360º viewing from upper and lower decks. There’s a fully licenced bar o board as well as cocktails, canapes and live music for the perfect New Year’s party. There are two cruises on New Year’s Eve: 6 - 8.30pm and 9.30pm - 12.30am.

Dance in Paradiso
