The design takes advantage of the Gold Coast’s sub-tropical climate with wide promenades and plenty of outdoor areas where you can pause a while and take a break from retail therapy. The central plaza, The Resort, boasts turquoise water features, lushf greenery, comfortable seating and even sun lounges. There are multiple play areas for kids scattered through the centre to make shopping more fun for little ones, plus parents rooms and amenities. There’s a huge variety of dining options on offer, with a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants that cater to every palate.

Accessible Parking at Pacific Fair

Recognising the challenges that individuals with disabilities often face when parking, Pacific Fair offers accessible, free all-day parking facilities for those with an accessible permit. In addition, there is rooftop parking for vehicles up to 2.7m in height and accessible drop-off and pick-up locations off Hooker Boulevard main entry with level access to the ground. Lifts are conveniently located throughout the centre, providing easy access to both levels.

Changing Places Facility

One of the standout features of Pacific Fair is the 'Changing Places' adult change facilities. These are strategically located on the Ground Floor of The Arcade. These facilities are locked to ensure privacy and can be accessed using an MLAK Key. They are equipped with an adult-sized change table, a shower adjacent to the change table for washing, a ceiling hoist capable of lifting up to 200kg (users are required to bring their own sling), continence disposal bins, a large basin for additional washing access, and an alert button to call security in an emergency. The centre also features toilet facilities with an adjacent wheelchair-accessible facility equipped with a button-operated automatic door.

Complimentary Mobility Aid Hire

To further enhance the shopping experience, Pacific Fair's Concierge team is always ready to assist. For those who require assistance in moving around the centre, Pacific Fair offers the use of a complimentary wheelchair, motorised scooter or pram. This service is designed to assist customers with limited mobility, including those with temporary and permanent disabilities, the elderly, and parents with children. A concierge is on hand to assist with anything you need and there’s also a Quiet Room for anyone who needs a break from the sensory stimulation. Pacific Fair is open seven days a week and is conveniently located across from the G:Link Broadbeach South Station and The Star Gold Coast.
