These facilities are locked to ensure privacy and can be accessed using an MLAK Key. They are equipped with an adult-sized change table, a shower adjacent to the change table for washing, a ceiling hoist capable of lifting up to 200kg (users are required to bring their own sling), continence disposal bins, a large basin for additional washing access, and an alert button to call security in an emergency. The centre also features toilet facilities with an adjacent wheelchair-accessible facility equipped with a button-operated automatic door.

To further enhance the shopping experience, Pacific Fair's Concierge team is always ready to assist.
