This venue boasts a modern fit-out with a touch of retro charm, like dusty pink hues, encaustic tiles and archways that greet you at every turn. Vibrant coastal colours and high ceilings with sweeping river views greet you at the recently opened Surfers Pavilion. Launching a waterfront brunch menu with style, the Pav Brunch Club includes mimosas, cocktails and gourmet grazing boards featuring antipasto, cheeses and bruschetta plus fresh fruit, chia pudding and waffles. The two-hour Brunch Club package is only $89 per person but tickets are limited and must be pre-booked, so plan ahead! Kick off your Sunday morning brunch then swing into the afternoon with live music and sunset cocktails. A midday siesta might be required! The Bruch Club is held every Sunday from 10.30am-12.30pm.

Now with a dedicated venue in  Mermaid Beach, they’ve expanded their offerings to crumpets, cheese platters and other delicacies all made with local, farm fresh produce. It’s fast becoming a favouite place to brunch on the Gold Coast. Try the Waygu Bolognaise toastie for a hearty start to the day – roasted tomato Waygu bolognaise with basil pesto, fresh basil and rocket plus cheddar and mozzarella.
