Once a post office, The Collective has transformed Palm Beach’s nightlife scene, offering up a cool open-air hangout that buzzes from lunchtime til late where you can sip on sangria or a signature cocktail while soaking in those salty ocean breezes.

LAST NIGHT ON EARTH

This new two-story venue is Southport’s newest watering hole, taking up the space previously occupied by local fave Not Tonight.  Good news… this place is bigger and better whilst retaining the quirky charm of its predecessor. With a bottom level fitted out in a post-apocalyptic style reminiscent of Mad Max, and a desert-themed rooftop bar serving 29 taps of wine, beer and imaginative cocktails, locals are loving the bar menu and the chilled rooftop vibes at Last Night On Earth.
