BREAK by The Farm

Experience this raw and expressive new work from our city's own dance company, The Farm. Blending dance, theatre and circus, Break is an intimate experience and a rare chance to see a performance in 'doors closed mode' inside the Outdoor Stage.

Ceci travelled the world for many years as a successful acrobat but after a series of accidents and botched surgeries, the career she had carefully created fell to pieces. Now she’s angry, defiant and intensely confused by what to do next. But that won’t stop her because she knows we all need to question the recklessness of our ambitions.

Intensely personal and raw, Break is an autobiographical work that investigates how we define ourselves and how we recover when our dreams are shattered.
