Will my group be seated together?

Yes, we will be seating your group on your own table. If your group is purchasing tickets separately come up with a catchy table name between yourselves, then include the booking name in the field provided at check-out.

Can you cater to my food allergies and dietary requirements?

Yes, our Christmas Festive Feast menu will cater for gluten free, dairy free, nut allergy, vegan and vegetarians. No changes will be made at customer's request.

What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be recieved in writing prior to the 9/12/23. All cancellation requests must be sent to events@robinapavilion.com.au

Do you have parking?

Significant on-site parking available at the hotel.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This is a family event and allows for under 18s under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. There will also be a range of non-alcoholic drinks available throughout the event.
