The Be My Guest Service Award is about supporting, encouraging and recognising excellence in customer service throughout the Gold Coast tourism industry. If you would like to nominate a Gold Coast individual or business for exceptional and genuine customer service.
Every month, all nominations will be assessed against the Be My Guest philosophy – to go beyond customer service and provide genuine one of a kind hospitality. Are recipients informed of their nomination? Yes, every nomination will receive a ‘Congratulations for being nominated’ letter.
How are recipients informed if they win the monthly award? Monthly winners will be contacted directly and announced under Latest News below plus media release opportunities will be circulated throughout the city.
