If ‘Gone Fishin’’ is your dad’s mantra, then be sure to drop anchor at Tallebudgera Creek. This blissful corner of the Coast is an angler’s dream, with so many spots to snag a fish and chuck on the barbie for the freshest lunch in town.

7. HIGH FLYER

If adrenaline is your dad’s middle name then make a beeline for the TreeTop Challenge. It’s here dad can get his Tarzan on and soar through and above the canopy at 70kms per hour on the Canyon Flyer Zipline Tour.

8. REV HEAD

Skip the socks and ties this Dad’s Day and sashay into Slideways Go Karting for a fist-pumping day of fun with the whole family. Kids as young as four can get amongst the action, and big kids will be reeling with excitement on the three-story racetrack as they live out their Mario Kart dreams in real life.
