Gold Coast
Tourism Week

Gold Coast Tourism Week.

The first week of July 2018 brought with it the inaugural Gold Coast Tourism Week. With tourism representing 17% of our economy and supporting approximately 40,000 jobs, almost every part of the city is touched by tourism in some way. This special week-long celebration aimed to embrace the significance of tourism to businesses and residents of the Gold Coast economically, culturally, socially and certainly historically.

Tourism Week threads together a series of events showcasing the best the sector has to offer and its impact across the city and beyond. Stay tuned for details on Tourism Week 2019.
