Booking cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event (by 12.00pm on 18 December 2023). No refund will be provided to no-shows or cancellations made within 7 days prior to the event. Booking cancellations made after the event is sold out will not be refunded. If Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise cancels the event for any reason all monies will be refunded.
