Exciting news! Join them at the annual Culinary Stars Showcase, returning to JW Marriott Gold Coast’s Citrique Restaurant from 4 – 7 September 2023. Led by Executive Chef Paul Smart, this culinary event celebrates exquisite flavours and artistic creations with our Culinary Masters in action.

Indulge in four locally inspired culinary events over four unforgettable days. From JW culinary classes to decadent degustation dinners, our award-winning local culinary team and distinguished International Guest Chefs with a combined 4 Michelin Stars will delight you with dishes crafted from the finest local Queensland produce, paired with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and Gathered Wines.

Mark your calendars for the following dinners:

Monday, 4th September – Four-Course Dinner at 6pm, featuring Champagne and Caviar with Laurent-Perrier Champagne pairing.

Tuesday, 5th September – Five-Course Dinner at 6pm, highlighting Local Produce to Plate with beverage pairing by Gathered Wine.

Wednesday, 6th September – Six-Course Dinner at 6pm, indulging in a decadent Wine Dinner with beverage pairing by Gathered Wine.

Thursday, 7th September – Seven-Course Dinner at 6pm, combining Culinary and Art with beverage pairing by Gathered Wine.
