GRINSPOON 'whatever, whenever, wherever' AUSTRALIAN TOUR 2024
Iconic Aussie rockers Grinspoon are back with their first new music in 12 years, having just shared ‘Unknown Pretenders’ – the first glimpse of their new album, ‘whatever, whatever’ that’s set for release on August 9, and they’ve announced a whopping 49 date ‘whatever, whenever, wherever’ tour to celebrate. Keen to give all Grinners fans the opportunity to get to a show, the band will be hitting every nook around Aus, heading back to some venues they haven’t played at in over 20 years. Tickets go on sale at 9am (local time) Monday May 27 from https://grinspoon.com.au/ As Phil eagerly said, “This thing ain’t for the faint hearted. To say we’re excited is a massive understatement! Over the last 6 years we have played arenas and stadiums and theaters and what not, and it’s all been tremendous and we have loved every minute of it, but there is nothing like the 3 hour drive after a show, the 9am checkout from the hotel, and the first stop to get a chicko roll and strawberry milk - black coffee for me, I am now an adult!” GRINSPOON Official Social Media : Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Grinspoon Website: https://grinspoon.com.au/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/grinspoon_band YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/user/yourgrinspoon Twitter: https://twitter.com/grinspoon PRESS CLUB: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pressclubmusic Website: https://pressclubmusic.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/pressclubmusic

Kids Take Over | Space Designers
Kids Take Over | Space DesignersAs we continue to delve deeper into the mysteries of the universe, the necessity for creating sustainable habitats on other planets for long-duration space missions is becoming increasingly important. Our Space Designers Program is designed to challenge kids to think creatively and innovatively when it comes to designing potential habitats for different planets. The program will begin by exploring current advancements in space habitat design, such as 3D printing buildings on Mars, to inspire kids to think about the possibilities and innovative ways they can create their own habitats. Kids will then select a planet of their choice and take into account the unique considerations of that planet’s environment while designing their habitat. The program aims to provide kids with the opportunity to envision and design potential habitats while considering the specific needs of different users, to gain an understanding of the challenges of living in space, and to spark an interest in STEAM fields.Recommended ages: 8-12

Kids Take Over | SEASONS
Kids Take Over | SEASONSJoin us on an enchanting journey with Seasons - a free interactive forest installation crafted entirely from sustainable materials! James was not the only one who went on an adventure with his giant peach! Unknown to him and his travelling companions, as the peach rolled down the hill to the ocean, a few of the magic seeds followed, rolling and tumbling stopping abruptly against the roots of a large, towering hoop pine. On impact, the seeds burst, and the magic tickled its way through wormholes in the large pine tree’s roots. But, instead of growing bigger, the tree did something very peculiar. From each root, hundreds of baby hoops, palms, ferns, towering flowers, and their inhabitants started growing, and growing and growing and soon formed a magical forest full of the most exquisite, coloured fauna and flora attracting both microscopic insects and creatures unlike which have been seen before. All forests have a guardian, and this one is no different. The guardians spend their days looking after the seasons, keeping the forest healthy and keeping the balance between the inhabitants. It’s a big job! But often, they find themselves lonely and are full of hope that one special day a group of travellers will stumble upon the forest, enter a world of adventure, and exit an honorary guardian of the forest. Drop in between 10am-2pm each day!
